Location
This photo is taken at one of the most iconic touristattractions in Norway; The Pulpit Rock - the cliff is hanging 600 meters above the Lysefjord. It is visited by approx. 300 000 tourists every year and is on most travellers "bucket list". This is on an ordinary day in Auguist with the crowds admiring the view.Time
This is taken at approximately noon on an ordinary weekday in August.Lighting
This was on a rather cloudy day, which is the best for photoshoot.Equipment
I use a Canon 450D - Canon zoom lens EF-S 18-200mmInspiration
As I work in the Tourist Business I use this kind of picture in my every day work, but the light and how it changes every time I do the 3 hr. hike to get there is incredible.Editing
I process my picture in Photo Shop but always try to keep them very natural. In my camera bag
I always bring my Canon on a hike like this, and together with the zoom lens I also take my Macro lens, as I also love to take macro pictures of flowers, bugs and animals.Feedback
Well you will have to come to Norway, Stavanger and take the hike to the Pulpit Rock in the Lysefjord. It is a hike for the ones that are in shape, and come with proper equipment and clothes, as the weatherconditions in Norway can change really fast even in the summer season.
