Basically it's a good shot but can't figure out your focal point, the yellow traffic light or the shadow on the glass tower. You should lead the eyes of the viewer to your focal point without obstructions.

While I agree to some respect, I think the lack of focal point (I'd still argue it's the stoplight), is made up for by the contrast in tone between the darker stoplight and the lighter reflection. I have a second version which I finished after this one that's a bit darker on the right, maybe that makes it more obvious. But for most people, I think the stoplight being the only non-blue thing in the photo becomes the focal point without much trouble. The shadow is secondary, as shadows usually are, and I think it works affectively.
