My plan was to hike the Narrows in Zion National Park, but I discovered much too late that the hike was closed due to high water. Kanarra Creek, which is just north of the park, is a great substitute for the Narrows, though. This is the second falls along the hike, made scaleable by a photogenic, and somewhat sketchy, ladder.
