I love the colors and the ELECTRIC feel to this shot. Passion flowers are always such a fun subject and no 2 are alike. Nice job with this.

Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at a family members house. I have a color deficiency, but this just seemed to reach out and grab me. I have never had any official training so my shit are what I think is best for my capabilities.

Time

This photo was shot in the late afternoon.

Lighting

I wanted to wait for the sun to set behind the trees some to capture just the right amount of light.

Equipment

IPad Pro

Inspiration

Was just walking around and the shape of the flower and the light was hitting it just right.

Editing

Minor color adjustment.

In my camera bag

None

Feedback

Look fir something that captures your eye, determine if lighting is right at the moment. If so grab the shot, if not grab it anyway and wait a few mins to see if a better shot comes along. If it doesn’t then at least you have the first shot.
