Behind The Lens

Location

I've taken this shot a block away from the main Times Square..i forget the street names since i dont mind them when your on a rush for the day.

Time

it's around maybe 10-11:00 in the morning

Lighting

nothing really it's just the place itself creates it's own story when you gaze thru them they try to juxtaposed each others rexflections and bounces lights thus creating visual magic.

Equipment

I did this shot using Nikon D90 with a nikkor 10-24mm wide angle lens, this was shot handheld how i wish i did this with the cam mounted on a tripod but seems to impossible to have that set-up on a busy New York street.

Inspiration

Architectural Photography is one of my favorite genre and so a Manhattan atmosphere i think is one of the best place for that matter i think it was just my lucky day having fun shooting this.

Editing

Well yes,i did PP on Photoshop..nothing really fancy just the basic stuff like balancing the light and contrast of the whole image.i try to lowered the exposure of the sky to have more depth and impact to the foreground,

In my camera bag

Depending on whats the treak may look like but on a day to day basis i just carry with me my Nikon D7200 and two lenses 70-300mm and 24-70mm,but this day i'm very comfy carrying just one stuff which is the nikon coolpix P900 which i think is one of the best all around cam for me..the lighter the better or less is more.

Feedback

Well the very first thing is enjoy the moment of that day immerse yourself first on your environment try to relate on whats going around first rather than grab your gear and pointlessly shoot S@#--T ,and one good piece of advice take good care of your stuff and gears 'cause you'll never know somewhere out there SOMEBODY is watching you preying on your stuff.
