The bird knew i was there but was not bothered by my intrusion in to it's area. It was just as curious as i was. I thought it was going to land on me at several points. I stayed for about an hour and enjoyed watching them. They fly from the top of one tree to the bottom of the next tree, spiraling up the tree catching insects then back to the nest.
