In the medieval village, Cesky Krumlov, we ate at an offbeat restaurant tucked into a back alley. It was like walking into another time. The firepit roasting delicious meats. The pilsner beer quenching the local's thirst. So we ordered some fresh trout and a nice hunk of salmon and watched it sizzle on the firepit griddle.
