An excursion to Patagonia led us to Perito Moreno Glacier in Argentina. I was not prepared for the jagged, crystal beauty of this ancient ice field. It currently is the only expanding glacier in the world and I was truly mesmerized by its beauty. And..., after donning ice crampons, we had the opportunity to hike on top of this beautiful beast.
