Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo in my garden. I had just bought my camera and was very eager to learn photography.

Time

This was taken on 2015-09-29 at 16:43. The sun was setting.

Lighting

The sun was setting and the flower was look towards the sun. The left side of the flower where starting to catch the shade already.

Equipment

I used my Canon EOS 1200D, with the 55 mm lens. I did shoot handheld.

Inspiration

I arrived home from work and saw this red Dahlia looking at the sunset, trying to get a last bit of energy before a cold evening. I just had to grab my camera and take this photo before the sun set.

Editing

No post-processing was done.

Feedback

Keep on trying is important. Not to give up if you did not get your photo you wanted. It is important to fail, only to become a better photographer.
