A seat carved out of a tree trunk looks out over Lake Wakatipu, New Zealand. Taken on a cloudy day, and with dull reflected light coming off the water, I found the scene had a lot of mood. Those are The Remarkables in the background.

This is an exposure blending of 2 different exposures to get both the cloud-water detail and foreground-background land regions. Manually blended using the GIMP and my Luminosity Masks plugin to get a realistic effect.
