I took this photograph right outside my home in Santa Fe. I live in a rural area of Santa Fe, New Mexico. I was working in my studio/study early one morning when I saw this Bob Cat walk right under my window and go around the front of the house. I grabbed my camera and ran out the front door. There he was sitting in the shade of the trees and house just above the short adobe wall. He looked at me and I was able to make a few images before got up and moved to the back side of the house. Now he was in the early golden sunlight, where I was able to make this image. He then crouched as if he was going to pounce, but he took off and was lost in the trees.Time

I am currently doing a series on wild horses. I suggest just getting out there in nature, being quiet, patient, and persistent.
