This is one of my fave pics, it is sad and melancholy,the way the gannet is laid out by the tides after it’s death seems to give it dignity. It’s meaty bits gave other sea life sustinsnce. I wish I was a gannet and not a human. This gannets breath has been taken away
Dead it is how I feel, not decomposing yet
It has feathers to hide the yuck decomposition bits, the repulsive smell
My spirit is already dead, unfortunately the body and mind are still here. I hope they (who ever they are) cremate me as I don’t want to smell turn in to juice and those yuck things of death. And have a stranger see me naked. Hopefully after being set free they can dump the ashes far far out at sea . One of my favourite places. Nobody has done what I wanted while I’ve been alive so I’m guessing they won’t do anything I want when I’m dead. Ha ha ha. I can imagine the ugly clothing they would dress me in and I’d have to endure all the guests they want there “paying their respects” also known as professional mourning which entails getting lunch put on after the service (please god I don’t want a service) and gossip also known as remenesing! I wonder if I will have a coffin that’s got extra height as the multiple knives in my back would make the depth of a coffin more expensive. Death is breathtaking, literally breathtaking.
Note to dear friend who thought it was ok to pat my dear friends eyes after her passing that she would have like 10 minutes brain activity. That made me angry, how dare you play with her eyelids and fully dilated pupils! Just adding that extra bit of trauma for us. It was not a science class it was our last goodbye. You’ll never know anyways but I’ll never forget. It’s taken 5 something years to actually articulate those feelings into words. Your actions horrified me. Taking your age in to account I don’t know why you did not find your actions disgraceful, our loved ones are not there for your curiosity. You seem to gravitate towards the dead and dying and seem to have an overwhelming drive to take over the proceedings (this was disguised as help. Guess I have to tell a lawyer that I do not want a ceremony with bullahit, lies, pompous wankers, professional mourners.
Just let me gap it ash to fall in some big water hopefully (salt water not fresh)
