Nature is a carver-artist-craftsman
Working together a collaboration of the
waves, sand and wind have have left their essence and presence they keep adding to the fact that they are always there working away. They elements certainly work away diligently carving out the wood creating many patterns which go with the wood, I suppose it would be the grain of the wood . The elements helping to render the pattern . Wearing down the softer parts of the wood,Good things take time, (note to self to be patient) oh chuckle of course the tides are very punctual sticking to the dailyweeklymonthlyyearly cycle. With the help of the moon. I have heard the sun also affects our costal tides, The sand that is brought to this plant via wind and waves. All of these have helped make this tree what it is , it must be super old,
The tree tells us of the upcoming season blooming early tells us it will be a hot summer.
This tree is protected
It is not supposed to be cut down
Permission is needed, recently a developer slaughtered one of these trees and was fined an average persons yearly wage, it would have probably only have been a slight sting for them something annoying but not catastrophic.
They probably will start factoring the court costs and potential fine into their overall profit that a project will bring them.
The factor that determines wether a special member of these lands is put on death row facing a cruel disrespectful execution.
We all loose a lot…..there’s some things money can not buy…..somethings are priceless….when will these people realise that you can’t eat money and profits.
May our sacred trees remain safe.

I love this tree, it is my favourite, I visit this particular tree when I'm in this particular area. It is very old, tenacious, strong , resilient, I could go on for ages. I wonder what this tree has seen during its life time.Editing
Yes the colours of the tree change with the light and when it has been drenched by the tide. I tinkered with light and a little bit with colour to show the colouring I like the most.In my camera bag
