I was testing out the first powered auto focus camera one day. A vintage model from 1941, this was poo-pooed as not necessary by the ladies in photography. it seems men designed this for women, thinking that they couldn't adjust the focus for themselves. It's a Nikon EM. I used very old film that was sort of a cast off, so it isnowt a good photo. But I at least experimented with aperture and focus without using a battery. Couldn't afford the battery!
