After going to Yellowstone National Park, My daughter (Carmen) and our Goldendoodle (Logan) and I were on our way back to North Carolina. We stayed at a "dog friendly" motel along the way. As usual, the "dog friendly" motel had a weight limit of 50--60 Lbs and as usual we had to convince the night clerk that this 130 Lbs. dog (tall like a standard poodle and very long like a Golden retriever!) was very well behaved and friendly and loved small dogs (which he is and does!). He reluctantly agreed to let him stay and said -- "Ok but keep him off the beds". My daughter and I looked him in the eye and said -- "sure no problem!!"
