On a rafting trip down the Colorado River in the Grand Canyon National Park, we stopped for the day on a quiet sandy beach. As the sun set behind us the shadow cast by the mountains behind us brought images and stories of native americans. If you look closely you can see a commercial airline plane reflected in the sun. Some of us felt that the Shadow Spirit was looking at the plane and wondering what it was doing here.
