This photo was taken while it was snowing, so I placed my camera below the light and shot upward in order to allow the snow to fall in the lens and thus create the bokeh effect. This was shot a twilight and so the sky was a very dark blue and purple. No Photoshop, filters, or layers were used. I hope you like it and thank you for looking.
