After some snow fall in Northumberland I ventured out for some night time landscape photography. I stopped at the top of this hill and loved the lines of the snowy road and took a long exposure. This area is a dark sky location and the amount of stars you can see is mind-blowing. I love this image as it looks like the stars are actually snow, hence the title Snowing Stars
