Color version of the architecture in St. Elmo., the Cash-Williams Building. The building was owned by Reuben Cash (attorney) as an investment property, from 1881 - 1885, and Daniel Williams (shoemaker) 1888 - 1904, then by Proprietress Anna Stark from 1904 - 1938 . According to the National Registry - Lore is that the building served as house of prostitution and as a mortuary.
