Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at a a small town but the name of Davistown, NSW, Australia.

Time

It was late in the evening probably around 8.00pm.

Lighting

It was taken just after the sun had set. There was still a fair bit of light and she sky was full of colour.

Equipment

I used a Canon 70D with an 18 - 200mm lens. I used a tripod and an ND filter.

Inspiration

The colourful sky with the reflections in the water made me want to record the moment.

Editing

I don't really do much processing on my images. I probably would have enhanced the colours in the image.

In my camera bag

The 18 - 200mm lens is my favourite. It is very versatile. I also like to carry my wide angle lens and ND filters plus the tripod of course.

Feedback

My advise would be to always be out there. Take lots of photos. Be persistent. And you never know what you might end up with.
