Behind The Lens

Location

I photographed this in Key West, Florida on a family vacation in the summer of 2015.

Time

It was on a morning around 6am.

Lighting

It was natural lighting. I didn't edit or add or use any extra lighting.

Equipment

I used a Canon T3 with the macro lens.

Inspiration

I was inspired to take this photo because it was a beautiful sunrise and I loved the colors and the tropical feel and look of the scenery and the view was amazing.

Editing

No. I just added a little filter to make the photo pop with saturation and sharpness.

In my camera bag

I keep just the camera body ( A Canon T3) and the two lenses it came with ( telephoto and macro lenses) in my bag along with the normal accessories. A battery, the charger and usb cables. Nothing fancy. No extras.

Feedback

Honestly. I am still learning but I have discovered that you need to pay attention to lightning and your surroundings and what makes a good photo op. I am not familiar with most photography terms in a professional way. I have never taken any classes. I am self taught and always learning as I go. I just shoot what I love.
