One of the most disappointing things to do while you are driving is to stop on the way just because you find something interesting to shoot and getting your gears out from the boot (especially when you are driving with others). Getting a good capture from it is the only compensation to that feeling. I was on my way to Mt Cook when I parked the car on the left and took some photos from the centre of the road. Although I shot some photos from my wide angle lens as well but using a telephoto lens to capture landscapes are always special.
