The absolute top means of transport in Netherlands, and the best way how to explore all the beauties of Amsterdam - cheaply, ecologically, and while having fun! The great thing about Netherlands is the fact that your bike does not have to be brand new: on the contrary! The older the bike looks, the more fashionable you get :-) With absolutely no hills whatsoever, you don't even need gears. I wish the whole Europe would join the fashion of biking absolutely anywhere... I cannot wait to go back to Holland, get a bike, and explore!

I know a man on another photo site that lives in the Netherlands and takes mostly all street shots. I can't believe the number of bikes that are in what I would call the 'bike parking lots'.....I can't imagine how they find their bikes at the end of the day. Really nice capture and edit Thomas.
