Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken near the intersection of High St and state 1A in Rye NH USA. The Atlantic Ocean is a couple of football fields over my shoulder. High Rent District

Time

Noon Time on Christmas Eve 2015. Foggy day with all the trees free of leaves.

Lighting

Kinda flat light.....fairly high ISO and somewhat small F

Equipment

Canon 6D with a Tamron 24-75MM F2.8. handheld

Inspiration

Foggy day. Was out working on landscapes in the weather. trying to create contrast between the gray of the fog and the dark winter shade of the trees. Was trying to pull as much detail as possible in the fine small branches out of the fog....

Editing

Yes.....Clarity ++ contrast + exposure -

In my camera bag

These days either an R or the 6D and either the Canon 16-35 F2.8 or the 24-105 F4. couple of Breakthrough Photo ND Filters and a peak design composite travel tripod.....highly recommended

Feedback

Still a work in process....tend to under expose a bit and plan to edit
