Artist David Mach created this sculpture of 12 red K6 phoneboxes looking like a stack of falling dominoes. The sculpture, named "Out of Order", has generated strong feelings, both positive and negative, since it was commissioned. The then mayor, Michael Mannall, unveiling the project in December 1989, admitted that he had got a council official to write his speech because his own words would have been "unprintable".
