Maratus elephans, seen by only a handful people ever. The peacock spider group belongs only to Australia. All species have a unique courtship dance where the display a coloured plate attatched to their abdomen. Many of the species have flaps that are extended during display, often with amazing patterns. This one looks like the face of an elephant. This is a photostacked image of its display in controlled conditions. This spider is only 4mm in size.
