What I like the most is that I only used natural light for this picture. No reflector or any other things to help. Just that bit light from the little old windor in the farmhouse.Equipment
I work with the Canon eos MarkIII As a lense I used the 24-105mm on about 40mm / F4 Everything else was just natural light and no other items to helpInspiration

I edited the picture in Photoshop. I did my normal retouching wokflow from small corrections over frequenty seperation, dodge and burn, colour and light correctionsIn my camera bag
I always have my Canon 5d Mark III in my bag. My alltime favourite lense is the canon 50mm 1.4. Additional I have the 24-105mm lense and the Canon 100mm macro lense in my bag. Two external flashs and a small and a big reflector.Feedback
Its pretty easy to get to this look. You onli need a small light source that comes from above. Take care that its not to much light outside, a cloudy day should be perfect. If you have to work in a lighter or more modern room i would try to get the dark background with backdrops or fabrics
