2013, Afghanistan. Apartment buildings can be very fanciful in the capital city, in stark contrast to the ever changing landscape of rumble and mud roads. This picture was taken across the street from a new high rise that was under construction. An international Health organization was conducting a medical clinic in the building for a large nearby camp of internally displaced people (refugees) - one of many such camps in this fast growing city.
