Holy Crap! That's one of the best shots of Louise I've seen. I love how it's so moody..... and that light!!!

I lived in Lake Louise for 23 years and this certainly plays on my heart strings, beautiful shot! I am guessing it is not winter, more like late fall as the lake freezes pretty quickly, Lake Louise is a cold place.

my day started with a really foggy morning all the mountain was covered don't even see it so i need to wait for little more time and I'm thinking to go home to pack my gear but the fog start fading and the mountain started showing up. good thing my camera still on set up. for me this is the feelings of light chaser. I know this kind of light is really fast its change quickly and gone.Equipment
Nikon D800, Nikon 16-35 f4, Tripod, Filters and Shutter remote.Inspiration
the light is so amazing worth waiting tho!Editing
I started from Adobe Camera Raw for enhancing the image and correction and final touch in Adobe CC.In my camera bag
Nikon D800 with always my wide lens Nikon 16-35 f4, Nikon D90 with Nikon 50mm 1.8 or Nikon 55mm 2.8 for panoramic or macro. Nikon 24-70 2.8 and Nikon 80-200 2.8 for more focal range. Tripod, Shutter remote, Headlights, Filters, and personal stuff.Feedback
Be patient don't go home yet it will come just wait for it, and always be ready because when the light show sometimes very quick.
