Location
This photo was taken near my home town of Brisbane in Australia at a place called Natural Bridge. A beautiful place where the water has created a beautiful natural internal waterfall.Time
This image was one I took quite opportunistically. Getting to the location about midday, fortunately being inside a cave mouth made it a little easier as the direct light wasn't an issue. and lit up the waterfall quite nicely. The tricky part was trying to get detail in the downstream areas outside of the cave.Lighting
I would love to say there was lighting setup but that's not the case, The time of day probably helped and the location. Ultimately it was more a matter of making use of what I had. Doing the best with the conditions I guess.Equipment

I had heard about this place and see other photos. Being in the area I decided I wanted to experience it myself. The photo I wanted to try and illustrate the beauty of the place and try and capture the way I saw it.Editing
Minimal post processing on this one, mostly just basic adjustments in Lightroom. trying to work on the under and over exposed elements.In my camera bag
This list depends on the camera bag I take but typically I have my Nikon D800e along with my remote trigger and torch. Lens wyse I have a 18-105mm, 17-35mm, 50mm prime and a range of CPL and ND filters. Unless I take my big bag then its whatever I can pack in :)Feedback
Where ever you are I look out for other peoples comments about locations that spark my interest. I typically search around the local area for waterfalls and rivers that people say are beautiful. Being someone that loves getting out and about means that I like to go and visit these places for myself. Take the time do your research and make sure you have time to spend to enjoy the place you visit not only to photograph it.
