I loved the way the light was streaming through the trees, it made everything seem ethereal. I felt like I was witnessing something really special that was for my eyes only. I love being able to share these kinds of experiences. The colors this time of year are really just a joy for me.Editing
For this image I used HDRSoft Photomatix. I usually use several programs at the same time, some which are free online. I like using HDR programs, because they can help bring luminosity to the images.In my camera bag

Find a local area that you enjoy and spend as much time as you can learning about it. Go there at different times of the day and scout out places that you find interesting. Then go back during the golden hour, and let the light inspire you. Take your time, and have fun. Sometimes the smallest of details are the things that will make the biggest impact on your photos.
