England has had the right conditions for good leaf colour this year, this shot has no colour editing whatsoever, but was taken with a little underexposure dialed in as the sun was so bright. A little cropping was needed as the leaves were to high to fill the frame.

Crude stage lighting and a black curtain at the local village hall made for harsh shadow and difficult exposure so I used spot metering on the face

These flowers grow neglected in a local orchard I used a low viewpoint to get the trees and sky to form a complimentary background
