Lighting

Jerome is an old mining town turned to andestimation for the tourist/arts/Bohemian crowd. There is a lot to see and do, and lots of "junk" yards with awesome photo opportunities.

Equipment

Canon 5D MarkI I, 70-200L, handheld.

Inspiration

I'm inspired by shape, texture and simplicity. This opportunity offered all three.

Editing

Post in RAW, BW conversion in Photoshop. I have a light touch and try to use tools similar to what was available to Ansel Adam's and other worthy icons. In this case: burning and dodging.

In my camera bag

I carry basic Canon gear and rent when a paying gig required more substantial capabilities.
