This was a project for school!
I used to be a bartender for 18 years, so I decided to use Ghirardelli's line of Dark & White Chocolate Liquour, Vanilla Vodka, and a hint of Peppermint Schnapps to mimic the taste of their Peppermint Bark! Garnish with Dark Chocolate Whip Cream, a Candy Cane and a Piece of Bark and you can't go wrong! This also made the perfect image for an Advertisement for the Holidays!
