Monkey Grasshopper (Eumastacidae)
Also known as matchstick grasshoppers, the monkey grasshopper has a three segmented tarsi and short antenna with a knobby organ at the tip.
They are considered primitive and feed the more ancient plant groups, such as algae, ferns and gymnosperms.
