I'm always looking for something different...in this case i set out to take something other than just another picture of a wave...most photograhers concentrate on big waves...i thought to try just the opposite...A"MacroWave" if you willEditing
The shot was made with the Sony in Black and White mode using Adobe CS2 i selectively adjusted contrast brightness and highlight/shadow and pixel radiace, some sharpening was applied overall..just pretty basicIn my camera bag

I took this photo in calf deep water walking backwards with the camera held low as the approxometly 8" wavelet came ashore....at great risk of getting the Sony wet !...i dont recomend doing so !.
