The Basílica de la Sagrada Família, designed by Antoni Gaudi is an unfinished church. Gaudi devoted his life to its construction since 1880. It is scheduled to be finished in 2026, in time for the centenary of the death of Gaudi who joked that God was in no hurry to see it finished. It is built entirely on donations.
