Behind The Lens

Location

On the foreshore of Leslie Dam Warwick QLD Australia

Time

Late Afternoon

Lighting

Overcast low light always makes taking a nice shot easy

Equipment

Canon 600D, Sigma 10-20mm f3.5 lens, polarizing filter

Inspiration

like every day i take my Boys (dogs) out to the dam for their exercise and i just noticed this interesting small stump on the edge of the water so i grabbed the camera and just started to have a play around and came up with this interesting shot

Editing

Just a bit of fine tuning in Corel Aftershot Pro 2

In my camera bag

Canon 600D with battery pack, 2 Kit lenses 18-55 & 55-250, Tamron 90mm f2.8 macro, Sigma 10-20mm f3.5 super wide angle, Y460 flash, macro ring flash, camera release cable, Assorted filters, old light meter, cleaning gear, tripod, nodal rail

Feedback

Try different angle, positions and settings you would be surprised how much you can change the look of what your trying to capture
