This was taken at the Baltimore Orioles spring training facility in Sarasota, Florida.

Probably between 10 a.m. and noon.

Lighting

It was a bright sunny day.

Equipment

Handheld Canon T3i, 500 mm lens at f8. High shutter speed.

Inspiration

I was concentrating on details and close-ups that day. The bright white baseball caught my eye. Shooting through a dark green chain-link fence gave it an interesting texture.

Editing

Not a lot; minimal crop, boosted the saturation a bit, a little sharpening.
