This image was just playing around a bit with a painted look. There's no one technique I used on this image, as it was an iterative process. In fact, although I used Topaz Impression for a big part of the look, I actually took it into Impression, made some changes, tweaked it in "regular" Photoshop, then back into Impression again. I may actually have done that more than once; I don't recall for sure. Also, the clothing was originally denim, but I felt the color change really made this image much better. Finally, I also experimented with a new program I just got: Topaz Restyle. this gave a final bit of alteration to the colors in the image.
