Behind The Lens

Location

I actually just took the photo of the spider in my back garden.

Time

It was around 1am. I had been sitting outside in the dark admiring and photographing the stars and I realised I wasn't alone! She was underneath the bench I was sitting on.

Lighting

It was in the darkness. Just a little moonlight and the small flash on my phone.

Equipment

Erm, I feel a bit apologetic here but it was my iPhone6

Inspiration

I love spiders, I think they're amazing little things. She was a big one and just sat as if she were inviting me to.

Editing

Yes. I love manipulating photographs - I erased the background and superimposed another.

In my camera bag

None. I'm not a professional photographer. I'm more of a digital artist.

Feedback

Just respect what you are photographing. Try to get as close as possible but at an unconventional angle because 1 in 10 times, you'll produce a cool image.
