Brilliant and right on time. Just wondering...is this composite or just a shot that's timely? This is incredible.

Behind The Lens

Location
I took this photo in my backyard
Time
It was sometime in the afternoon
Lighting
My entire yard was in shade at this time of the day so there was nothing special about the lighting
Equipment
Canon 5D Mark II + Sigma Art 50mm f1.4
Inspiration
I recently purchased new lens and I was very anxious to play with it. I also temporarily cat sit this cute little Siamese and followed her all over the backyard madly taking shots whenever she wasn't hiding in the bushes.
Editing
I removed some distractions from the grass and the background, corrected exposure and colors. I also replaced little string the cat was teased with and replaced it with the butterfly.
In my camera bag
Camera Canon 5D MarkII Lenses : Canon 70-200mm f2.8, Sigma Art 50 mm f1.4, Canon 85mm f1.2 , Canon 17-40mm f4.0, Canon macro 100mm f2.8, Canon 28-90mm tripod
Feedback
Since that was totally unexpected and unplanned capture I don't really have any advice except of :keep shooting! The more we shoot the better we get and we learn more about our equipment and pet :) Practice makes the master
