Location
This photo was taken in Worcester, UK, while I was visiting my friends. I lived 2 years in London and I would go exploring when I could. It was amazing to see this arquitectural piece of art once in a lifetime.Time
The photo was taken in the afternoon, 6 or 7 years ago with my first DSLR camera, always trying to capture the best light that was sculpting the entire cathedral in front of me.Lighting
The dramatic shadows were hard to capture, given the fact that the sun was always in the clouds so I was waiting for the perfect timing, in the darkness of the Worcester Cathedral.Equipment
I used a Canon 450D with the standard lens, no tripod or flash.Inspiration
The arquitecture it was an influential factor on my inspiration, even after all these years, after finishing my Master's Degree in Arts, living in 3 different countries, I would cry like a baby in front of masterpiece or a few sketches of Degas in Walsall. Art inspires me.Editing
I did no post-processing. I was happy with the raw result. In my camera bag
Canon 77D with my 50mm, 2 batteries and the 8 mm Rokinon for fun!Feedback
If you want to try to capture something similar I highly recommend a great dose of patience, a steady hand and high shutter speed.
