I shot this one also at ISO 100, f-16 and the shutter speed for this one was 1-25th of a second. It was shot in manual (as was the motorcycle) Just a note that I shot the f stop at f-16 to let less light into the lens so I could shoot at a slower shutter speed. I like this shot better because the truck was clearer than the motorcycle because I had less vertical movement while I followed. I also shot this in continuous at 6 frames a second and which made me follow the truck better and even thou the truck is starting to go away from me it still was in relative focus. I hope I explained how I do panning.
