Location
This photo was taken at Old Mission Peninsula, north of Traverse City, Michigan.Time
It was taken during the late afternoon hours.Lighting
Just the natural lighting that was presented.Equipment
My camera I used for that day was a Canon 60d with a 24-55mm lens set at 24 wide, on a tripod. I shot 3 photo using 3 different exposure. I did this because, their was to many details that may have been missed with 1 shot.Inspiration
I like old things, barns, cars, buildings, churches, anything that can tell a story.Editing
Yes I used Canon Pro software, Photomatix, and Photoshop. In my camera bag
I carry the Cano 60d, a 24-55mm, a 70-200mm with a 1.5 converter, and a 50mm 1.4 lenses. Also a ND filter, and a Sigma flasher.Feedback
For anything that has a lot of details, where the lighting might not be good, HDR is the way to go. Especially in dark places, indoors where artificial lighting tends to take away the passion of the photo.
