My friend and neighbor stated how much she hates these gumball seed pods and thinks they are a fluke of nature. I had to look at one more closely and thought they are so beautiful, symmetrical, would make so many incredible art projects and would be fun to use in all sorts of creative ways to inspire young and artistic minds. I hope a photo can change a mind that something once thought ugly isn't so bad after all.
