I took this photo from the 66th floor of the Royal Meridian hotel in Shanghai, China

This was taken at 6:00 am

Sunrise is a great time for great light.

Nikon D600 w/28-300 at 28mm on a tripod

The beauty of the situation.

This is an HDR of 3 images converted to black and white.

In my camera bag

I usually carry my D600, 28-300, 16-35 and my 105 f2.8 macro
