This was shot pretty close to solar noon (high noon), normally a terrible time to shoot except when in a case like this shot.Lighting
Shooting from such a low angle with the subject horizontal and low takes advantage of such a high straight down light source (the sun), and the white sand was an incredible and huge fill source, a beach sized “bounce card”.Equipment
