Pepperell Mill is a large part of Opelika history, however has been abandoned for most of my life. I watched this place deteriorate slowly for years, then a large portion burned down so the city is leveling the buildings. Buildings are lot like an oak tree once you cut them own the history is gone, and with photos it never fully leaves.Editing
