Hi I think a photo like this on hade been bether in colors, I love B&W shot but her all going in the same litel boring light greay light, normal is if you havea photo with big contrast difrends then it will work good in B&W, but in this photo you have with treas so you sett the with balanc ther and tray to making contrast to the other like the brige as going ther shode been darker then the treas, I hope you understand what I tray to say ? am not that good in english but :) and we are all in a lerning prosses same how fare we have coming :) wish you good luck Per-Arne. If you dont us Lightroom then buy it, and make all your pics in RAW file..
